At Pawesome Sauce, we want you and your pup to love every order. Because our products are consumable pet products, the following policy applies to all purchases.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns of opened or used items.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unopened and unused
• The item must be in its original packaging
• You must contact us within 7 days of delivery

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the product and packaging
• A brief description of the issue

We may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Trial Offer & Subscription Orders

By signing up for our “Try Before You Buy” offer, you agree to enrollment in a recurring subscription program.

• Subscription orders processed after the billing date are non-refundable
• To avoid future charges, you must cancel before your next billing date
• Once a subscription order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow:

• 5–10 business days for processing
• Additional time depending on your bank or card provider

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.

Chargebacks

If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us before initiating a chargeback.

We reserve the right to dispute fraudulent or abusive chargebacks, including providing proof of:

• Customer agreement to subscription terms
• Order confirmations
• Delivery confirmation
• Acceptance of our Terms of Service
